COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Patients,

We are requiring that all patients come into the clinic wearing a mask. We will screen patients over the phone when making appointments and again when you arrive. All patients need an appointment, no walk-ins will be allowed. We are asking patients to have their family/friends wait in their car while the patient is in the clinic for their appointment in order to maintain social distancing. We are sanitizing patient servicing areas before and after patient care. Our staff has been provided with masks, face shields, gloves along with new cleaning protocols for patient areas.
